Drilling and TV mounting
TV brackets, shelves, mirrors, pictures, curtain rails, blinds and bathroom accessories. I drill into tiles, concrete and plasterboard. Many Prague flats have hard concrete walls (panel buildings) or old brick walls, so I choose the right wall plugs for each wall.
Small plumbing jobs (taps, silicone, sink)
New taps and mixers, a dripping tap or toilet flush, siphons and drains, new silicone around baths and showers, washing machine and dishwasher hook-up.
Small renovations
Masonry repairs and small openings in walls, drywall partitions and ceilings, tile repairs, doors and door frames.
Painting and plaster repairs
Filling holes and cracks, plaster patches, removing mould, removing wallpaper and painting a room. Useful before you hand back a rented flat.
Landlords and Airbnb hosts
Repairs between tenants or guests, flat handover with a photo report and an invoice, and regular maintenance twice a year.

As a civil engineer, I can help you plan before you buy. I give advice, I plan, and then I do the work.

- Bathroom renovation advice: a visit and a layout plan, budget and materials, help with choosing and checking a renovation company, small jobs after the renovation.
- Lighting: a lighting plan and help with choosing lights and LED strips. I also install and connect them.

Locks, window sills, anchors, ceilings and design
Jobs that often go with repairs and assembly. I send the price before I start, based on photos or measurements. Small jobs are charged by time.
Window sill supply and installation
I supply and fit interior window sills made to measure: wood, laminate or compact. I measure, cut and fit the sill and finish the joints at the window and wall.
Chemical anchors for safes, TV brackets and heavy shelves
Safes, TV brackets, heavy shelves and wall cabinets fixed with chemical anchor mortar and threaded rods. They hold in hollow bricks and aerated concrete where normal wall plugs fail.
Plasterboard ceiling repairs and alterations
I adjust and repair plasterboard ceilings: access hatches, cut-outs for lights, cracks and joints. The repaired area is filled and ready for painting.
IKEA kitchen design
I design your kitchen in the IKEA planner from the measurements, check the parts list and prepare the order. Then I assemble it.

I design the lighting for your flat with Rendl lights and supply the lights. I also install and connect them.
Built-in furniture design and visualisation
I design built-in wardrobes, hallway units and TV walls to fit your flat exactly. You get a visualisation with dimensions and drawings a joiner can build from. The images are sample visualisations.
What I do not do
Some jobs need a specialist. I tell you openly and help you find one.

- Electrical work: new sockets, wiring, connecting lights to the mains. I do not have the electrical qualification.
- Emergency call-outs, for example a burst pipe at night.
- Whole moves. I can help with the furniture.
